
How can I book a Photobooth?
We have tried to make it as simple as possible. You can contact us here through our website, (this link also provides a calendar showing the dates we're booked) give us a call, or simply fill out the booking form online and we will get back to you with your invoice. A non refundable deposit of £75 is taken to secure your date. The rest is payable 14 days before your event.
How much does it cost?
Our packages range from £250 to £495, depending on how long you want to hire the Photobooth for and how many extras you’d like. You can also choose to add optional extras to any of our packages, at a further charge. See our Photobooth Hire page [link to Photobooth Hire page] for more details.
Will the Photobooth be attended?
Yes every event there is a 2 person team on hand. We provide support for you and your guests, helping you with the booth features for example assisting your guests fill out your photo guest book!
How long will you need to set up and take down the Photobooth?
It usually takes us around an hour to set up. We will arrive on site around 1.5 hours before your photo booth hire time is due to start, this time is included and is not counted as part of your run time.Dismantling the Photobooth takes around 30 minutes.
What are the sizes of the Photobooths?
Our Photos Booth measures 1.3m (wide) x 2.3m (long) x 2m (high)
The Photo Pod measures 1.3m (wide) x 1m (long) x 2m (high)
What are your space and power requirements etc for the Photobooth?
We require a floor space of at least 2.5 metres by 1.5 metres which will be enough for the footprint of the oval photo booth and allow space for people to gather around. Ideally we'd be in 2-3 metres of a standard electrical power socket. It must be on a firm surface, so if your event is in a marquee or similar a suitable base will be required. If you are having a guest book a table and chair positioned close by would be great so your guests can sit and add their own personal messages alongside the prints in the album.
Do you supply props with the Photobooth?
Yes. All our Photobooth hire packages include a box of props for you and your guests to create wacky and fun photos. A great choice of fun and quirky props including hats, glasses, masks, wigs,signs,inflatable musical instruments and much more. If you are having a themed event, at an additional cost, we can help to tailor a special prop box for you.
How many photos can we take?
There is no limit to the number of photos you can take during your hire period.
How many people will fit inside the Photobooth?
We recommend 4-6 people at a time inside the Photobooth, as this will ensure the best photo quality.
Is it possible to customize prints and the outside of the booth to match our theme or corporate event?
Yes certainly we can customize the prints by tying in colour themes, adding background images and messages/slogans/corporate logos etc.Additionally given 3-5 days advance warning we can produce for an additional fee your own branding panels to fit and wrap around the entire Photobooth.This ensures your own branding message and scheme is to the forefront of the entire event. This is a very popular service we provide for product/brand launches and corporate events
Can you produce green-screen images with different backgrounds?
Yes using the latest software we can drop you into many different backdrops. This can be great fun if you're planning a themed event evening ....suddenly within the time it takes to walk to the bar and back you appear to have been skiing in Switzerland or dodged a zombie attack.
Beside the customized prints and corporate branded Photobooth is there anything else you can offer a corporate client?
Yes within our software we can offer you collection data and opinions. Perfect for corporate events, the Photobooth can host questionnaires, which allow users to enter their answers providing your company with survey data procured in a fun non hassle environment . This can be exported to Microsoft Excel for easy analysis.
How does the guest book work?
We set the photo booth up to print 2 copies of each picture; 1 for your guests and 1 for your guest book. Additionally your guests can add there own message to you beside the print in the guest book.
Are drinks allowed in the photo booth?
Due to health and safety, drinks are not permitted in the photo booth.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, as with all professional photo booth companies we have Public Liability Insurance
